At Ivy Creek, LLC, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Due to the nature of our handmade items, we do not offer returns or exchanges. Our Bath and Body products, as well as our jewelry, are personal use items that cannot be resold for health and safety reasons once opened or used.

Refunds (if applicable)

Refunds are only provided in the event that a product is damaged during shipping. To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:
