Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of Ivy Creek products, we will not offer returns and exchanges. Our Bath and Body products and jewelry are items that we can not return and resale to another customer due to health reasons.

Refunds (if applicable)
Refunds are only given in the event of damaged product in shipping. You must take a picture of the product and send to Ivy Creek for review. All refunds are subject to Ivy Creek approval and are not guaranteed.
Once your item is inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
